Templates and Checklists

The same checklists and spreadsheets we use on client work. Copy them, use them, no email required.

Local SEO checklist

Work through this in order. Each item is something you can verify yourself in an afternoon.

  • Google Business Profile claimed, with the exact legal business name and no keyword stuffing
  • Primary category set correctly, junk removal service or pressure washing service, with secondary categories added
  • Service areas listed as the towns you genuinely serve, not a fifty mile radius of everything
  • Business hours accurate, including whether you answer weekends
  • At least twenty photos of real jobs, uploaded over time rather than all at once
  • A review request sent after every completed job, by text, with a direct review link
  • Owner responses on every review, positive and negative, within a week
  • A dedicated page for each core service, not one page listing all of them
  • A page for each significant town you serve, with genuinely different content on each
  • Name, address and phone identical across your site, Google, Yelp, Facebook and directory listings
  • Phone number in plain text in the header, clickable on mobile
  • Pages load in under three seconds on a phone on mobile data

Google Ads launch checklist

Complete every line before the first click is bought.

  • Conversion tracking installed and tested for calls, forms and texts
  • Calls under thirty seconds excluded from conversion counting
  • Negative keyword list loaded before launch, including free, jobs, salary, rental, DIY and hire equipment
  • Campaigns separated by job type rather than one campaign for everything
  • Location targeting set to presence in your service area, not interest in it
  • Ad schedule matched to the hours someone actually answers the phone
  • A landing page for each campaign that matches the search query
  • Call extensions, location extensions and sitelinks configured
  • A daily budget that can sustain full day coverage rather than running out by noon
  • A calendar reminder to review search terms weekly for the first month

Lead follow up script

Response speed decides more jobs than ad copy does. This is the sequence we install for clients.

  • Missed call triggers an automatic text within sixty seconds: name, business, and an offer to quote by text
  • Every web form triggers a call attempt within five minutes during business hours
  • If unanswered, second call attempt within two hours, from the same number
  • Text follow up the same evening with a price range and next available slot
  • Final follow up at day three, then move the lead to a monthly reactivation list
  • Every lead logged with source so cost per booked job can be calculated honestly

Questions

Do I have to give my email for these templates?
No. The checklists are on this page in full and the keyword map spreadsheet downloads directly with no form.
What is in the keyword map spreadsheet?
A working keyword map with columns for keyword, search intent, target page, supporting article, difficulty and priority, pre filled with the junk removal and pressure washing keyword sets we build clusters around.
Can I use these with my own agency or in house?
Yes. They are published so operators can act on them with or without us.
